I am now also seeking consignments of Vintage Non-Boxing Sports Memorabilia. Baseball, Football, Hockey, Golf and Basketball Items Wanted for Auction.








I am always in Search of Quality Vintage Boxing and Other Sports Memorabilia, mostly Pre-1970's but will consider newer material if it is interesting enough for our weekly auctions. I have been running auctions of Boxing and Other Memorabilia on a consistent basis since 1999.

I am interested in the following Vintage Boxing Items: Vintage Photograph and News/Wire Photograph collections, Programs, Tickets, Souvenirs, Estate Items, Ring Magazine collections(pre-1940), Tobacco, Gum, Candy and Trade Boxing Cards (Professionally Graded and Raw), Cabinet Cards, CDV, 19th century Illustrated Newspapers and Magazines, 18th century Illustrated and Printed Material related to Boxing, Rarer Boxing Books, Autographs (must have excellent provenance or backed by a JSA or PSA/DNA Certificate) and just about any other type of interesting Memorabilia you can think of.

I am interested in the following Vintage Baseball, Football, Hockey, Basketball and Golf Items: Vintage Photograph and News/Wire Photograph collections, Programs, Tickets and Souvenirs to significant events (World Series, All-Star Games, Super Bowl, etc.), Tobacco, Gum, Candy and Trade Cards (Professionally Graded and Raw), Cabinet Cards, Autographs backed by PSA/DNA or JSA Authentication and Other Items of possible interest.

Consignment Rates

I charge a flat rate of 25% of the final realized price. There is no additional cost or submission fee. Ebay auction and Paypal fees are absorbed on my end.

Services

I take the photos and the scans of the items, layout of the auction, research, writing up the descriptions and everything else associated with the auction. You only need ship to me your items and I'll do the rest.

Turnaround Time

Boxing Auctions are consistently run almost every Sunday of the year. Other Sports Auctions are run on various days throughout the week. Once I receive your item(s), I can schedule it for the next available auction. Most auctions run 7 days, if it is a significant item I may run it for 10 days. Payment should be sent to you within 21 days of auction closing, barring non-paying bidders or other complications.

Exposure

Upcoming boxing auctions are advertised on both of my Boxing Memorabilia websites at www.Pugilistica.com and www.BoxingTreasures.com which are visited by hundreds of boxing collectors every week. Non-Boxing related Auctions are featured on the front page of the BoxingTreasures.com website.

Additional Notes and Terms

Items must be received and in hand before they are offered for auction.

Please e-mail or call regarding items you are interested in selling. I do not accept everything. Some types of items do better at auction then others.

Items are started at low opening bids in order to encourage bidding and bring the highest possible market value at that particular time. If I put an item or lot up for auction it will most likely sell. However in the interests of honesty I know some consignors prefer to have large opening bids or reserves on their items to protect their investment. If this is the case you may want to try another auction house or seller to move your item(s).

Please insure your package with delivery confirmation if you decide to send your memorabilia in for consignment.
