Size - About 11 1/2" x 16 1/2" inches. May be slightly smaller or larger depending on year issued.
Condition - About VG condition with general handling wear. There may be some corner and edge wear visible and some light creasing. Please enlarge scans or photos to see better detail of both front and back of the supplement.
