Size - Somewhat over-sized at about 9 1/4" x 12 1/8" inches. About 16 pages including covers.

Condition - About VG condition with general handling wear. There may be some edge and corner wear. Spine is tight. No writing on the inside. Please enlarge scans or photos to see better detail.
