Size - Somewhat over-sized at about 8 5/8" x 11 3/4" inches. About 16 pages including covers.
Condition - About VG condition with general handling wear. There may be some light edge and corner wear. Spine is a tight. Punch-holes near left border from binder storage. Please enlarge scans or photos to see better detail.
