1920s-30s era Lightweight and Welterweight from Chicago, Illinois by way of Russia. Fought Spug Myers, Stanislaus Loayza, Kid Kaplan, Billy Wallace, Joey Kaufman, Mike Dundee, Tommy Grogan, Marty Silvers and many others. Very nice slightly post-career studio image. Jewish boxer.
