Subject(s) - Ray Famechon vs. Eddie Burgin

Date - 1951

Famechon pleads his case in the corner after being controversially TKO'd by Burgin in the 2nd round. In what appears to have been a language translation issue, the French fighter pleaded with the referee "No Quit", after getting knocked down by Burgin. Referee misinterpreted as Famechon wanting to stop the fight. Manager Lew Burston also pictured.
