Size - Slightly over-sized at about 9 3/8" x 12 1/8. About 16 pages including covers.

Condition - About VG/EX condition with general handling wear. There may be some edge and corner wear. Spine is tight. No writing on the inside. Please enlarge scans or photos to see better detail.
