Russ Clark
a.k.a. Joe Ferry

Russ Clark was a character actor who appeared in over 100 movies in Hollywood including several boxing Pulp movies of the 1930's and 40's. His last role was as a fight referee in the Rocky Graziano story "Somebody Up There Likes Me" in 1956.

He was also a former boxer who went by the name of Joe Ferry. An occasional fight manager in the Los Angeles area he was also very active in some of the Veteran Boxer organizations of the time.
